Mr. Bragger is the founder, President and Chief Operating Officer for IAS, LLC. Seeing a need for improved methods and products within the military aviation community and civilian airlines, he founded IAS in 2005. Also a professional pilot, Mr. Bragger is a retired Air Force Reserve Lieutenant Colonel with 29 years of military flying experience, primarily in the C-141 Starlifter and the C-5 Galaxy. He has flown for US domestic airlines including TWA, and worked in the UK as a Captain for a British Carrier. Mr. Shepherd is the cofounder, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for IAS, LLC. Seeing a need for improved methods and products within the military aviation community and the civilian airlines, he helped to found IAS in 2005. A professional pilot, Mr. Shepherd is an Air Force Reserve Colonel with 23 years of military flying experience in the T-37 Tweet, C-5 Galaxy, C-17 Globemaster III and C-130 Hercules. Mr. Hebel is a founding member, developer, and technical advisor for IAS, LLC. With over a decade of software development producing two top-selling software titles, he helped launch IAS in 2005. Since then, he continues to lead PC-based product development, handles internal communications systems, and is part of the long-range planning team. Mr. Hebel has a professional flying career spanning over 24 years of service with the United States Air Force, Air Force Reserve, and United Airlines, with expertise on the C-5 Galaxy, T-37, Airbus 319/320, and Boeing 727. more...

Eric Weinmann
Information Technology Officer

Mr. Weinmann is a founding member, IT specialist and developer for IAS, LLC. As the primary architect and designer for IAS’ flagship product, Epubs, he helped launch IAS in 2005. Since then, he continues to lead new product development, refine existing products, and liaise as project IT lead with new and existing clients. His skills as a trusted developer spring from a bottomless well of creative passion. Also a professional aviator, Mr. Weinmann is an active AF reservist, continuing a family tradition of excellence in career military service with over 15 years of flying experience, primarily in the C-17 Globemaster III and the C-5 Galaxy. more...
